Shipping Timeline
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- Delivery Estimates: * Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Special Offer: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹299.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and Email. You can monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfumes and attars, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However, we offer a Free Replacement in the following cases:
Damaged Product: Leakage or broken bottle received.
Wrong Item: If you received a different fragrance than what you ordered.
Reporting a Claim
To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Requirement: A clear Unboxing Video and photos of the damaged/wrong product are mandatory to process your claim.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once an order status is marked as “Dispatched,” it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
Refunds
If a replacement for a damaged/wrong product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay/Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
