Shipping Rates

Processing Time

Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed — there's no manual approval delay. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll see your order move through Placed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered on its tracking timeline the moment each step happens.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. Subscribe & Save renewals (manual or automatic) follow the same processing timeline as a new order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, sign in and visit My Account → Order History to see its live status timeline. If a tracking number has been added, you'll see the carrier name and a direct "Track Package" link right there — no separate tracking site to hunt down.

Packaging & Gift Wrap

Every bottle ships cushioned and upright to arrive exactly as it left our hands. If you selected gift wrap at checkout, your order is wrapped before shipping and includes your written gift message if you added one — the packing slip and pricing are never included inside a gift-wrapped order.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — once an order ships, we can't redirect it. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships. For Subscribe & Save auto-renewals, keep your saved address in My Account up to date — a renewal can't process without one.

Delays & Lost Packages

Occasionally a package is delayed in transit or, rarely, goes missing. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window of the estimate shown at checkout, let us know with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a reshipment or refund, at no extra cost to you.
