These terms govern your use of the ORBITOHM website and any order you place with us. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order. By checking out — as a guest or a registered account — you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method selected.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional for browsing but required to complete checkout (guest checkout creates one automatically so you can track your order). You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately via the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice; the price charged is always the one shown at the time you complete checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — and will notify you and issue a full refund if we do.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe or Razorpay, both PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking details on our servers — see our Privacy Policy for details. For guest checkout, payment must clear successfully before an order or account is created; for Subscribe & Save auto-renewals, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.

Shipping

Orders over ₹150.00 qualify for free standard shipping; orders below that are charged a flat ₹9.00. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for full details, including order tracking.

Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery; opened fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details, including damaged/incorrect-item handling and refund timing, are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Loyalty Points & Referrals

Registered customers earn 1 loyalty point per ₹1 of the final paid total on every order, redeemable in blocks of 100 points for ₹5.00 off a future order. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred between accounts, and are automatically reversed if the order they were earned on is refunded. Every account gets a shareable referral link; both the referrer and the referred customer earn 100 points when the referred customer completes their first paid order. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim points earned through fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.

Subscribe & Save

Subscribing to a product locks in a 10% discount, reordered every 2 months either manually via "Renew Now" or automatically if you enable auto-renewal by saving a card. By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize recurring, unattended charges to your saved card on each renewal date until you cancel — there's no fixed-term commitment and no cancellation fee, and you can turn it off any time from My Account → Subscriptions. If a renewal charge fails, or your account has no saved shipping address, auto-renewal is automatically disabled and you're notified by email rather than retried indefinitely.

Reviews & User Content

Reviews (including any photo you attach) are shown publicly under your account name and should reflect your genuine experience with the product. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal information about someone else, or are plainly not about the product. By submitting a review, you grant ORBITOHM a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site.

Intellectual Property

All site content — product photography, copy, logos, and the ORBITOHM name and branding — is owned by ORBITOHM or used with permission, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass security measures (rate limits, CSRF protection, or authentication); scrape or bulk-harvest product/pricing data; submit false information at checkout; or abuse coupon codes, loyalty points, or the referral program beyond their intended use.

Limitation of Liability

ORBITOHM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, beyond the value of the order in question, except where such limitation isn't permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or an order will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site's features change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
